Always do 99str first soo you may kill the cows in 1 hit

(not dharoks greataxe or gs's)

Goto ::cows

Fight the cows (using as much str and att prays as possibleand have wep set on str.

(too minimize losing the bones from a cow kill by having more than 1 hit)

Onceyouhave a full inventory bury them and start again.

dont bother with food or pots

just let urself die and tele back.3:

Ask glabay or a mod for your capes

ok guide i don't see how just a 2 second prayer book isn't faster than dieng and teleporting back.

it also helps for every 32 times u die u spend 1m in the gamble shop for pray xp
