Well it is very easy (i was first one done XD)

1. talk to shanty get supplys,you will need 7 spaces to start
2. man is located at lubridge, Hans is also located at lumby near the man you need to talk to
3. women is located at ::train
4. bob and schoogirl are located and lumbridge in the axe shop
5. cassie is in falador the shield shop

And that's about all after you've done the steps go back to shanty and talk and you will recieve a santa hat and a yo-yo
